Le Moline is located in front of the wonderful Bentivoglio palace, inside a historic building on via Delle Moline, a street that owes its name to the water-powered mills near the Reno Canal. You can admire the ancient architectural elements of the palace: a conservative renovation has preserved the ancient well and enhanced the pre-existing rustic and industrial details.
The venue spans two floors with a large wrought-iron gallery, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for spending New Year's Eve in Bolognese style, tasting traditional dishes and celebrating the arrival of 2027 in a unique location.

Yes, it must be indicated when booking. The entire starter course is replaced with a vegetarian version, because the board and the pesto alla modenese contain cured meats.
