Looking for outdoor dining in Bologna's historic center often means eating on a sidewalk between scooters and cars. At Le Moline the terrace sits directly on pedestrian via delle Moline: about 36 seats, a short walk from the Finestrella di via Piella and the Moline canal.
You can eat outside every day, with the kitchen non-stop from 12:00 to 23:30 (the restaurant stays open until 00:00). Dogs are welcome on the terrace.

Why eat on via delle Moline
Via delle Moline takes its name from the mills once powered by the canal that today runs hidden beneath the street. It's one of the few truly pedestrian streets in the center, a couple of minutes from the Finestrella di via Piella, one of the most photographed spots in Bologna.

Booking recommended
Terrace seats are limited (about 36) and fill up quickly in high season. To make sure you get an outdoor table, book in advance and mention in the notes that you'd prefer the terrace: we'll do our best based on availability and weather.
